Modular Water Tank Assembly

Our water tanks consist of two types of sheet metal panels. Side Walls consist of 108x108 cm sheet metal panels, Floor and ceiling walls consist of 108x216 cm sheet metal panels. We have 3 material options for water tanks;
• Stainless Steel Water tank (made of 304 stainless steel)
• Galvanized Water Tank (Made of galvanized sheet)
• Thermo-plastic Water Tank (Thermo-plastic paint is sprayed on the galvanized sheet and the product is subjected to heat treatment in special ovens)

During the assembly process, first the sheet metal panels you have chosen are stacked on the location where the installation process will take place, and then the sheets are sealed with rubber and silicone-based strips. The base sheets are arranged on the plinth within the measurements to form a skeleton and the side panels are mounted on the skeleton. After the ceiling panels are mounted on the side panels, the tensioning process is carried out by entering the warehouse. The tensioning process is very important for the hair to be resistant to the pressure applied by water and to remain healthy for a long time. After the tensioning process is completed, the bolts on the sheet metal panels are completely tightened and fixed, and after the final checks are made, the tank is delivered to our valued customers ready for use.
